  • "My wife and I recently worked with Hannah Blevins and Stephanie Smith for a loan on an investment property. We are familiar with the loan processes but Hannah was able to provide additional insight to help ensure we made the best decision for our financial needs. She was always prompt and very easy to get ahold of. (Especially during the offering process when pre-approvals can be time sensitive). After we were under contract, Stephanie Smith took over (although Hannah still made herself available to us) and helped ensure things went smoothly through the underwriting process. She was very knowledgeable and also prompt and easy to get ahold of. She provided advice and looked ahead to ensure that any hiccups would be smooth and subtle. As expected, when we eventually had a minor issue, both Stephanie and Hannah worked together to ensure that it was immediately remediate and did not effect closing. Overall, a wonderful experience. We look forward to working with them again when we are able to expand our investments."
